The Role:

FinXL are looking to engage 4 Project Managers to lead, plan and deliver critical and complex Tender engineering activities

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Develop, manage, review and approve Tender documents
  • Program-level and project-level bid status reporting.
  • Advise the Bid team for evaluation and contract negotiations
  • Evaluate technical and design packages including scoping, planning, and reviewing and implement actions.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholder and subject matter experts to resolve a range of complex issues.
  • Management of bid quality, performance and resources including, project schedules, deliverables, risks and issues.
  • Co-coordinating Bid Management reviews and proposed Solution Design Reviews
  • Conduct and coordinate risk management activities

The key skills of the role include:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Current NV1 security clearance
  • Previous Defence experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • highly motivated and solutions focused, with the ability to present ideas persuasively
  • a critical thinker, skilled listener and effective
  • able to work in a collaborative team environment and achieve shared objectives
  • willing to challenge the traditional ways of doing business
  • trustworthy, transparent and possess the highest levels of integrity
