This is a great opportunity to demonstrate your Application Support and utilise your good understanding of the Salesforce application by supporting numerous Transport applications including the Point to Point (or passenger service) system.

You will provide second level support to both internal and external customers as well as guide other application developers in the planning, designing, creating, amending, verification, testing and documentation of new and amended software components to deliver agreed value to stakeholders.

The role also leads in the design of large or complex applications that facilitate the achievement of business outcomes through process and technology to specified standards, including software security.

The key skills and experience required are;

• Demonstrated 3+ years experience in Application Support
• Good understanding of the Salesforce application
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and present research and data in a clear and concise manner to a range of key audience groups.
• Appropriate tertiary qualifications or demonstrated, relevant, equivalent professional experience.
