The Role- Associate Consultant- Customer Service Analyst

FINXL Consulting is looking for Associates for multiple projects we have in Sydney . You will be assigned to clients we have in CBD and would be mentored and trained by very competent Senior Managers. You will be in a team that would review complaints on a daily basis and identify systemic issues

What we're looking for:

  • An Associate consultant with strong technical analysis skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience in data and technical analysis
  • Strong MS Office esp.Excel or analytics tools
  • Confident, resilient and open to ideas as an Associate Consultant.
  • Flexible & resourceful
  • Excellent communication skills
