FinXL is seeking an Atlassian / Jira Specialist to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading banking client on a key transformation engagement.

• Provide end-to-end administration, maintenance, and support for Jira Cloud and Confluence.

• Design, configure, and optimise custom Jira workflows, screen schemes, and permission schemes.

• Manage user access, project roles, and security spaces within Confluence and Jira environments.

• Troubleshoot system configuration issues and resolve platform support tickets efficiently.

• Partner with business teams to translate functional tracking needs into structured Jira schemas.

• Maintain documentation guidelines and clean architecture within Confluence workspaces.

• 4 to 5 years of dedicated hands-on experience administering and supporting Jira Cloud.

• Strong technical expertise in Jira configuration, advanced workflows, fields, and custom schemas.

• Proven experience managing and supporting Confluence spaces and user documentation structures.

• Solid understanding of access controls, user management, and permission schemes.

• Focused platform expertise dedicated to Atlassian tools without requiring outside technology stacks.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a service-oriented mindset for internal stakeholders.

• Focused role dedicated to Jira Cloud and Confluence environment support.
