FinXL IT Professional Services is an established innovative Australian company providing technology enabled business solutions and consulting services across a number of industries including Telecommunications, Commercial, Government and Finance.

 

FinXL is looking to engage an experienced ServiceNow or any similar tool ,  Test Automation Specialist for a project with one of our tier 1 infrastructure and ICT services clients on an initial (6) month engagement. This role will be responsible for ServiceNow automation testing and strategy for client deployment.

 

 Test Automation Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Developing automation test phase lifecycle strategy for ServiceNow/ITSM deployment
  • Recommendation of automation tool suite
  • Development of automation frameworks for automation tools
  • Presentation of POC / showcase for automation test strategy development

Additional responsibilities

  • Contribute to the ongoing evaluation of automation approach, including tooling or framework changes
  • Identify and implement improvements within the automation process
  • Testing documentation and orchestration of test cases for parallel test execution in CICD pipeline
  • Apply automation testing using Selenium and other technologies
  • Identify test scenarios and review the design and develop associated test cases

 Mandatory Experience:

  • MUST HAVE: Service Management (ITSM) application automation testing - ideally ServiceNow

Additional Experience Requirements

  • Experience with Selenium + ideally Cucumber & Jenkins
  • POC / showcase for an automation testing project
  • Experience building automation framework that you have put in place for ITSM automation testing
  • CICD experience
  • E2E functional automation experience
  • Managed E2E Functional automation with Many integration touch points
  • System/AT automation
  • Experience developing test cases for parallel test execution
  • Proven experience in developing extensive and reusable test automation suites
