Key Responsibilities

  • Audio Visual Fleet Support: Manage, monitor, and maintain approximately 120 AV devices across the campus, focusing on a large fleet of classroom projectors.
  • Wireless Screen Mirroring: Act as the subject matter expert for the Vivi system, ensuring seamless wireless casting, digital signage, and connectivity outcomes for users.
  • Unified Communications (UC): Support a hybrid telephony environment featuring roughly 250 endpoints running on a Mitel phone system, alongside extensive Microsoft Teams meeting room configurations.
  • Event Operations: Lead the technical setup and real-time execution for live corporate events, functions, and presentations.
  • After-Hours Flexibility: Provide critical technical assurance for scheduled weekday evening events and occasional weekend functions.

What You Bring

  • AV Technical Depth: Proven commercial experience supporting enterprise or educational AV environments (highly advantageous if you have direct experience with Vivi wireless systems).
  • Telephony & Collaboration Skills: Strong technical proficiency with Mitel hardware/networks and a deep understanding of Microsoft Teams room systems.
  • Event Production Mindset: Confident managing live audio, mixing, casting, and troubleshooting display configurations under time-sensitive constraints.

  • Availability: Absolute readiness to support a flexible roster to accommodate after-hours weekday events and rare weekend functions.

  • Located in Sydney CBD
  • On site full-time - 5 days per week, including the support of after hours events on weekdays and sometimes weekends
  • Gain immediate exposure to a premium global brand ecosystem via an award-winning IT services firm.
