AWS Architect with a leading Banking client (consulting through FinXL)

FinXL is seeking an AWS Architect to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading Banking client on a 12 months contract in Sydney CBD.

Responsibilities

• Build and design end to end solutions on AWS cloud offerings
• Collaborate actively with engineering teams to prototype solutions and validate architecture decisions
• Automate technical processes and drive business solutions with a focus on bank-wide reference architecture
• Engage diligently with stakeholders at all levels to communicate architectural vision and direction

Key Skills & Experience

• Extensive background as a hands-on Architect with 8+ years of experience
• Proven experience designing and solutioning data-heavy pipelines and cloud-native, API-first products
• Strong experience designing AWS solutions leveraging a mix of SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS cloud offerings
• Deep knowledge of solution and data architecture frameworks, modelling tools, and data security
• Solid understanding of big data products, data pipelines, and API interaction with social channels
• Excellent business acumen with the ability to manage requirements across diverse project teams

Engagement Details

• 12 months contract with a Banking client
• Hybrid working model with 3 days/ week in the office in Sydney CBD
