We are seeking a BI developer to join our team who will be working onsite in Melbourne CBD. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

About the role:

Successful candidate is required to work on reporting platform built on Microsoft stack of technologies. 

You will develop the MI (reporting solution) for FX EU Reporting in RAgE under the Markets Regulatory Response Program with appropriate skills. Several metrics need to be reported on under this program.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of results based on requirements set by the team lead.
  • Create tables / views / stored procedures.
  • Create SSIS package to load CSV file to database following a patterned design.
  • Create a new cube with measures / dimensions / partitions.
  • Create SSIS package to extract data using MDX from the cube to database.
  • Design SSRS / Power BI reports.
  • Design and Create web applications.
  • Testing of application.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Be proactive in uncovering risk, manage and drive risks and issues understanding business impact.
  • Strive for Best Practice in design and development.
  • Contribute to the technology strategic agenda by driving application architecture simplicity and by minimizing production incidents through high quality development and processes.
  • Be an active participant in regular task elaboration, prioritisation and estimation workshops.
  • Ensure Documentation is up to date and relevant.
  • Build effective relationships with key Business Stakeholders.
