We are hiring a  Business Analyst who has  experience in liaising between technology & end users within  an enterprise environment, and has worked on Contact Centre projects

 

What we're looking for:

  • Experienced BA with strong stakeholder management skills
  •  Demonstrated knowledge documenting requirements 
  • Experience/knowledge of Contact Centre products 
  • Flexible and a team player
  • Insurance or financial services experience would be beneficial
