FinXL are looking for Business Analysts with a proven experience in business analysis for digital projects.

Selection Criteria:

  • Proven experience in business analysis for digital projects, working in agile teams
  • Strong technical skills (data and API focus) with a proven ability to translate and document stakeholder and business needs into solution requirements and user stories
  • Ability to work with people across all levels of an organisation, including senior executives in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated facilitation, stakeholder management skills and communication skills including strong negotiation skills
