Summary:

The government has committed to delivering quality and safety reforms in the Aged Care sector, and FinXL requires for one of its governmental clients, experienced Business Analysts to support the planning, design and delivery of the reform initiatives.

The key responsibilities include:

• The production of business analysis products including functional and non-functional requirements, business models, and user stories.
• Communicating with technical and non-technical staff using effective written, verbal and visual techniques to negotiate shared outcomes.
• Work with stakeholders to understand their needs:
• Analyse business issues and document high-level requirements
• Facilitate meetings with business areas and technical specialists

The successful applicant would be required to have:

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to develop positive relationships with a range of stakeholders, including technical staff, service providers, and customers.
• Experience engaging with users to understand their needs, document requirements, and map processes.
• The ability to seek, interpret and synthesise information from a range of sources to provide high quality advice to customers.
• Sound judgement and attention to detail, including when working to tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to problem-solve independently, think strategically and continuously improve processes
