Business Analyst to work collaboratively with a broad range of business and IT stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and validate functional requirements for changes to business systems and processes.

  • Accountable for requirements gathering and documenting
  • Mapping as-is and to-be business processes
  • Working with project team to ensure requirements are translated into system features and business processes
  • Defining operational support process/es.
  • Preparing and/or compiling knowledge articles for change management.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills to elicit business requirements
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills to influence a wide range of stakeholders
  • Have an understanding of Finance business processes
  • Process mapping
  • Worked in Agile environment, also comfortable to work in a hybrid Agile & waterfall environments
  • Ability to work in complex matrix environment
  • Problem solving skills
  • Able to conduct training where required
  • Proven experience as an end to end Business Analyst in system integration projects
  • Must have 5+ years of experience as a business analyst
  • Good to have - understanding of CRM systems, Service Now
