Through the delivery of services and implementation of new systems, processes and technology, we assist our clients to gain competitive advantage and reach new heights.

The responsibilities:

• Coordinating Requirements workshops with both Business and technical staff
• Updating user stories and features in conjunction with technical staff
• Investigation of bugs raised during testing
• Liaison with Business teams to establish requirements
• Cooperating with other team members to turn requirements into Features
• Demonstrated ability to effectively use communication and negotiation skills to manage relationships in a challenging IT environment
