The Role

Seeking an experienced Business Analyst - with strong business process knowledge - to join one of the world's leading insurance providers. You will assist in achieving strategic plan, while analyzing all aspects of the specific insurance division, and providing support to all projects. You will be a systems/platforms specialist contributing to efficient operation by achieving objectives set out by national business plans.

Responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate systems and platforms in terms of Underwriting, Distribution, Operations and IT to achieve aligned operational workflow
• Control of UAT and signing off of new releases
• Responsibility for maintenance and good practice of all systems in specific division
• Management of business requirement documents and change requests
• Support execution of tactical/strategic projects
• Assist with workflow plans and coordinating teams to achieve deadlines
• Maintaining completion of all phases to time, budget and quality

Ideal Candidate:

• Multiple years experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• Great systems knowledge
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Prior experience in Insurance not essential but advantageous
• MUST BE MELBOURNE BASED!!!

Remuneration:

• Open to a total package of approx $110K (Including Super)
• 16% annual bonus based on individual, team and company success
