This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Analyst with an itil Incident management background.

Who you are

You will have the following skills and experience:

• Analyse current ITIL incident management process – requirements gathering and may require stakeholder management
• Develop standardised incident management process
• Document writing – document new incident management process (under 10 pages)
• ITSM / ITIL
• Incident management
• 5+ years business analysis including document writing
