Our client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst - Reporting to work for a large consultancy in Canberra.

Skills and experience:

* IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
* Data validation through analysis of records with ITSM tools
* Participating in requirements gathering workshops
* Creating contractual and operational dashboards and reports
* Identification and reporting of risks and issues
* Business Analysis and Business Intelligence skill-sets
* Cognos Analytics 11 experience
* Experience using Excel Power Pivot, Power Query and Power BI
* Ability to design reports, dashboards, pivot tables
* Reporting requirements elicitation, design and refine
* Intermediate skills in reading and writing code
* Experience or interest in predicative analytics
* Development activities as required in SharePoint
* HP SM9 end user experience
* ITIL certification
* SIAM certification
* NV1 Clearance
