We are seeking Senior Business Analysts with Security experience to join our team, Melbourne Based. Min 12 months term, ASAP start.

The Security BA will be involved with:

• Defining Business, Functional & Non-Functional Requirements
• Decomposing work through the agile lifecycle down to User Stories
• Process Modelling and Control Design
• Defining governance frameworks
• Defining technical operating models
• Involvement in Operational Acceptance and BAU Handover activities
• Identifying and defining business value for initiatives and features
• Facilitate prioritisation in accordance with business need
• Input to/ documentation for an RFP.
• Analysis of vendor responses to RFP.

Experience:

• Strong Security experience - ideally with Identity and Access Management or you have come from a Technical background
• Extensive experience working in an agile environment
• Ability to communicate a product vision to key stakeholders and teams, developing it into a shaped backlog of key features, user stories and goals for individual sprints
• Ability to innovate, adapt and grasp new skills and content
• Ability to work closely with key stakeholders and build collaborative partnerships
