The role

Our client, a large Consultancy in Canberra is looking for a Business Analyst/User Researcher with a Baseline Security Clearance.

Who you are:

You will have the following skills/experience:

* Experience conducting User Research as a Business Analyst
* Assisting teams in developing a deep understanding of users and their needs
* Experience in Service Delivery Processes, UX Design, streamline of processes
* Extensive experience in the interpretation of language across work areas and providing common approaches.
* Extensive experience in drawing up processes quickly and easily that explain concepts in diagrams
* Experience in drawing diagrams and pictures as required to explain complicated processes.
* Experience co-ordinating content and presentations for showcases.
* Baseline Security Clearance
