We are seeking a Change and Release Consultant to join our team who will be working onsite in Melbourne CBD. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.


  • Accountable to prepare and manage the implementation of the changes. 
  • Manage the implementation across the environments.
  • Co-ordinate release implementation weekends including business ‘Go/No-Go’ recommendations.
  • Manage the schedule of work and activities to implement the changes according to key milestones which may include implementation activities to test environments along with Production.
  • Manage the asset teams as necessary to deliver the Implementation activities & requirements for asset changes:  tech asset owners, TSO, SDM, Change Management & Enterprise Release
  • Manage issues & risks, dependencies and assumptions associated with Implementation.
  • Accountability for ensuring the completion of required deliverables including but not limited to; collation of run-sheets, implementation plans, need to know packs, rosters

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2 – 3 yrs+ Implementation experience.
  • Experience in running complex implementations.
  • Experience with Change record management essential.
  • Experience and knowledge of banking systems and processes would be an advantage.
  • Experience using Remedy and ServiceNow would be an advantage.
  • Experience in agile implementations would be an advantage.
