The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Change Manager with Consumer Banking and Prosci/ADKAR experience to work for a large Sydney CBD based Financial Services organisation.

Who you are

You will have the following skills and experience:

• Experience assessing product alignment and suitability, and converting customers
• Customer experience- CX
• Process improvement
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Experience developing Impact assessments
• Banking experience in a large complex environment
• Consumer banking products – homes loans (highly desirable)
• Prosci / ADKAR certified
