We are looking for a Change Manager to join our team. You will be in charge of improving the Australian SAP Ariba purchasing system/processes to address pain points with the existing solution and then roll the improved system/processes out across NZ to replace their existing way of purchasing and deliver a consistent enterprise wide purchasing experience.

As a Change Manager, you will be:

• Build a detailed delivery plan
• Manage senior stakeholders
• Hands on management of data inputs and weekly reporting
• Strong, existing experience in leading technical teams
• Development and delivery of customer facing digital assets using Agile Scrum or Agile Lean methodology.
• Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing/presentations skills
• Risk assessment, planning and mitigation
• Strong analytical / problem-solving skills

Experience required:

• Min 3 years' experience with complex change projects.
• Previous experience with system & process type change.
• Subject matter expertise in Purchasing processes, ideally with SAP Ariba.
• Good all-rounder - able to plan and manage change as well as develop collateral to support change interventions eg training/QRGs/comms etc.
• Previous experience delivering change in an agile-like delivery environment
