The Role:

FinXL are looking to engage a One Senior Change Manager and Two Change Managers.

Senior Change Manager (One position.)

Working under the supervision of the Director, Business Transformation, the Senior Change Manager will drive the planning, development and review of Organisational Change Management products, plans and strategies to support the Group's business transformation activities.

The principal responsibilities include the assurance and validation of change management plans developed by the Organisational Change Managers, alignment of activities across the change program to reduce the change impacts on end users, co-ordination of the delivery of the Branch change program, leading the organisational change management work to support high risk or major Branch initiatives, and other relevant tasks as directed. This will involve working with internal and external delivery partners, including Organisational Change Managers, Communications staff, Relationship Managers, Trainers, Business Analysts and technical leads.

The successful applicant will be required to use the Prosci/ADKAR-based Organisational Change Management Framework to develop and manage change management strategies, plans and collateral. Capabilities that will be sourced at this level include:

  • Strategic change management advice and assurance;
  • Develop change management plans to support Branch initiatives, including:
  • Organisational Change Management Plans;
  • Communication Plans;
  • Training Plans;
  • Sponsorship and Coaching Plans;
  • Resistance Management Plans;
  • Corrective Action Plans; and
  • Sustainment and Reinforcement Plans.
  • Develop and deliver tactics to support each of the plans identified in the Organisational Change Management Framework.
  • Engage with Branch stakeholders to inform change planning and tactics.
  • Contribute to Branch co-ordination products that allow for efficiencies in the delivery of change management and communication tactics.
  • Reporting, analytics and lessons learned reviews of change activities to inform continuous improvement.

Organisational Change Manager (Two positions)

Working under the direction of the Senior Change Manager, the Organisational Change Manager will develop change management plans, strategies and tactics to support the Group's business transformation activities.

The principal responsibilities include the development and delivery of organisational change management plans and tactics, stakeholder engagement, and delivery against the branch Organisational Change Management Framework.

The successful applicant will be required to use the Prosci/ADKAR-based Organisational Change Management Framework to develop and manage change management strategies, plans and collateral. As there are multiple roles, applicants should be aware that responsibilities listed below may be split across resources, or grouped together to form specific roles. Capabilities that will be sourced at this level include:

  • Develop change management plans to support Branch initiatives, including:
  • Organisational Change Management Plans;
  • Communication Plans;
  • Training Plans;
  • Sponsorship and Coaching Plans;
  • Resistance Management Plans;
  • Corrective Action Plans; and
