We have an outstanding opportunity for a Client delivery Manager with background in telecommunications industry to join our team.
About the role:
Client Delivery Management orchestrates multiple service management capabilities across internal and external delivery organisations. These include coordinating service level reporting, analysing performance and presenting achievements back to client, holding regular service reviews with the client, developing service improvement plans where appropriate and ultimately being responsible for client satisfaction.
Must have 5 years of experience in Service / Change Delivery
At least 10 years overall experience
Expert product and outsourcing industry knowledge
Operational governance experience mandatory
Experience in ICT environment, demonstrate a strong, successful Operational Management experience of a strategic and operational nature.
Demonstrated ability to interpret operational analysis and trends.
Demonstrate extensive understanding of current and future trends in the Service Management market.
Risk assessment experience
Must have ITIL experience and certifications preferably
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational, administrative skills and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Capable of working efficiently in a fast paced environment and under pressure
