The role
FinXL is seeking an experienced Content Writer to work on a new staff intranet for a leading Financial Services client. This content writer will work alongside communications advisors and web developers in consultation with subject matter experts to write all content for the intranet, using existing content as source material. They will ensure adherence to the style guide and make recommendations about suitable content structure. The intranet will be developed on SharePoint.

Who you are:
You will have the following skills/experience:

  • Strong experience and knowledge in structured writing
  • Experience within Financial Services/Banking would be advantageous
  • Solid stakeholder engagement skills
  • Understanding on what deliverables the project wants from a Content Writer
  • Ability to write things in a step-by-step manner
  • Customer Focus – ability to use customer friendly language to help with understanding and have a focus on the end customer experience
