The Role- Customer Service-Technical Analyst

FINXL Consulting is looking for 3 Customer Service-Tech Analysts for urgent projects we have in Sydney . You will be assigned to one of our financial services clients in Sydney, CBD. You will be in a team that would review complaints on a daily basis and identify systemic issues

  • An experienced Customer service consultant with strong technical analysis skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience in data and technical analysis
  • Strong MS Office esp.Excel or other analytics tools
  • Confident, resilient and open to ideas
  • Flexible & resourceful
  • Excellent communication skills
