Summary:

FinXL are looking for a Data Migration and Assurance Analyst to analyse and deliver data migration initiatives, and prevent problems through knowledge of applications and system capabilities.

Overview/Duties:

  • Analyse and deliver data migration initiatives, either project managing small components of mid-sized initiatives, or all components of small initiatives as required
  • Prevent problems by understanding new and existing applications across the organisation, system capabilities and limitations
  • Facilitates definition of the scope and context of data migration requirements analysis for initiatives
  • Gathers, analyses and documents data migration requirements - communicating the desired outcome of the data migration
  • HR or Force Element product knowledge
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver objectives within strict timelines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective inter-departmental and organisational relationships
  • Break down of the charge rate (candidate rate, all on-costs including super, margin/ or mark-up)
