You'll be the driving force behind a flagship transformation engagement for a prestigious Wealth Management client, turning complex strategy into seamless execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of advice engine enhancements.

• Oversee the evolution of a mission-critical advice engine platform.

• Identify and execute opportunities to automate complex wealth workflows.

• Reduce friction for advisers through process automation.

• Act as the primary bridge between engineering and the broader business.

• Cultivate a culture of high performance and team stability.

• Manage long-term technical debt alongside feature delivery.

Key Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience within Financial Advice or Wealth Management.

• Proven history of stability and long-term commitment in previous roles.

• Strong leadership skills within complex delivery environments.

• Comfort navigating Java, React, and MongoDB technical environments.

• Keen interest in how AI tools can accelerate delivery cycles.

• Exceptional ability to manage and partner with senior stakeholders.

• Passion for driving modern engineering practices and automation.
