Summary:

FinXL are looking for Delivery Managers with experience in Agile coaching concepts, team building and group facilitation.

Selection Criteria:

• Experience and skills in Agile coaching concepts (principles, practices and behaviours), teambuilding and group facilitation
• Strong organisational and communication skills with a pragmatic approach to changing needs and problem solving in a dynamic environment
• Facilitate planning and estimation of resources including budgets along with preparation and readiness for releases
