FinXL is seeking a Design Lead to join our Design Practice, deployed to a high-profile telecommunications leader to drive a large-scale digital transformation. This role offers a unique opportunity to solve complex enterprise challenges, translating sophisticated legacy requirements into intuitive, next-generation user experiences through deep discovery and advanced prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Lead deep-dive discovery research and hands-on design activities.

• Facilitate workshops with C-suite and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Design and prototype for complex enterprise tools and legacy platforms.

• Engage with the design community to provide feedback and design critique.

• Manage and lead an individual stream of work autonomously.

• Partner with the broader team and work within established frameworks.

• Support the delivery of high-value ICT transformation outcomes.

Key Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of expert-level skills in advanced Figma prototyping.

• Proven breadth of experience working on enterprise tools.

• Strong expertise in leading deep-dive discovery research.

• Expert facilitation skills for high-level stakeholder management.

• Experience working with complex legacy platforms.

• Prior experience in telecommunications or government sectors is highly regarded.

• Exposure to rapid prototyping tools or front-end engineering is a bonus.
