Our client is looking for an experienced Desktop Support Analyst to work for a large organisation in the Canberra.

NV1 Required

Skills and experience:

* Desktop/SDA (EUC) Engineer required to cover both Service Desk and Desktop Support
* Customer service background
* Technical troubleshooting experience
* Software/hardware installation experience
* Knowledge of operating systems, network, and mechanisms, such as security and distribution.
* Problem solving and fault diagnosis skills
* Technical knowledge of desktop, laptops
* Incident troubleshooting and Resolution experience
* NV1 required
