FinXL IT Professional Services is an innovative Australian owned company providing our clients with technology enabled business solutions and consulting services.
We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer - Level 2 to assist in ensuring the deployment of O365 ProPlus Click to Run software upgrade to end user workstations.
Deploy O365ProPlus software to end user workstations using SCCM and BigFix.
Troubleshoot and resolve all end-user incidents / service requests (Level 1).
Assist end user as required in resolving any issues with Excel macros, ActiveX etc. (best efforts).
Run pre-deployment (client health) checks of the target machines prior to each batch deployment and provide assessment reports to the O365 team for analysis.
Assist end-users to resolve client health issues to enable software deployments to complete as required.
Skills & Experience:
5 – 10 years’ experience with deploying, configuring, and managing enterprise configuration and application management solutions using Microsoft SCCM.
Proven technical knowledge of enterprise implementations of Windows 7 and Windows 10.
Advanced knowledge of patch management and software distribution
Excellent technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems and standards.
Strong problem-solving, analytical and solid troubleshooting skills are essential
Troubleshoot network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment.
