We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be:

• Developing, maintaining and supporting automation pipelines that enable safe deployment of change at scale using industry best practices.
• Support production & non-production environments.
• Work in an agile environment, attending stand-ups, retros, planning, showcases and other agile meetings and ceremonies.
• Work closely with Release Train Engineers, Principal Engineer, and Scrum teams to determine platform requirements and priorities.
• Resolve technical barriers and roadblocks impacting delivery teams.
• Contribute to the improvement of the Reliability and Resilience; drive the maturation of Service Reliability Engineering as a valued discipline in the NAB Technology Operating model.

Experience required:

Must have:

• Minimum 4 years of DevOps experience
• Devops capabilities - including the experience in AWS and Azure, Linux Shell Scripting, Jenkins, Artifactory, Container technologies, Kubernetes, ECS, and Kafka - experience with consumption of information. not in creation;
• CD/CI experience with container-based Java micro-services;
• Application and infrastructure Support experience with high impact, high volume, business critical applications;

Preferred:

• Cloudformation
• Terraform
• GitHub
• Vaults/Key vaults (e.g Hashicorp vault)
• Technical expertise in enterprise database;
• Have in-depth understanding of microservice architecture, API management and distributed systems concepts;

Nice to Have:

• Front end Developer experience
• Back end Developer experience
