Our client, a large Sydney CBD based finance organisation, is looking for a Digital Business Analyst.

About the role

• Work on a mobile finance management app
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders
• Write user stories and create documentation
• Involved in creating product features which will improve the customer experience

Skills and experience

• 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience with digital channels and customer experience (CX)
• Good understanding of digital end-to-end product lifecycle
• Banking or finance experience preferred
• Very good communications and stakeholder management skills

What's on offer

• 12 months' engagement
• Hybrid working with 1-3 days in office and rest from home
• Up to $800 inc super per day or fix-term salary
