.Net Developer with a government client (consulting through FinXL)

FinXL Professional Services is a leading IT consultancy that partners with clients to bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities. Since 2003, we've been delivering high-value ICT services across government, finance, telecommunications, and enterprise sectors.

FinXL is seeking a .Net Developer to join our consulting team and be deployed with a government client on a 6 months+ contract in Parramatta.

Responsibilities

• Execute application migration activities across legacy and modern environments
• Deliver API uplift and modernisation using .NET Framework technologies
• Manage SQL Server tasks including scripting, optimisation, and data migration
• Support server migration initiatives including configuration and deployment
• Perform customisations, workflows, and migrations for Dynamics CRM on-prem
• Contribute to Power Apps and broader Power Platform enhancements
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with .NET Framework and JavaScript
• Expertise in Xamarin / .NET MAUI for cross-platform mobile development
• Advanced SQL Server skills including stored procedures and data migration
• Proficiency in Git/GitHub for version control and CI/CD workflows
• Working knowledge of Dynamics CRM on-prem customisations and plugins
• Exposure to Power Apps / Power Platform
• Proven background in large-scale application and server migration projects
• Strong technical documentation skills and experience in change management

Engagement Details

• 6+ months contract with a government client
• Hybrid working model with 4 days/ week in the office in Parramatta
