Summary:

FinXL are looking for an Engagement Manager to develop relationships and networks with business partners, co-ordinate meetings and events, & collate and deliver business intelligence.

Overview/Duties:

  • Contribute to the development of change impact assessments and change plans to support major initiatives by interviewing staff, collating and analysing data, and facilitating change manager and communication manager access to key personnel in the business;
  • Proactively work with stakeholders to develop and bring business opportunities through the 'front door' of the Branch;
  • Develop and cultivate a network of change advocates;
  • Facilitate change manager access to change advocates to support initiatives;
  • Create and maintain a stakeholder engagement register to inform change planning;
  • Presentations for The Branch, Executive and SEG Stakeholder;
  • Business Engagement - the successful applicant will be required to attend, participate in, and contribute to a variety of forums, groups and workshops.
