Finite are seeking technically minded Electronic Engineers with experience in FPGA to join their technology client's engineering team. In this role you will help deliver cutting edge sovereign Electronic Warfare and Radio Frequency (RF) communication technologies to Defence.

The role will see see you develop, simulate and test real-time FPGA applications. The work will requires experience and understanding of radio frequency (RF) concepts, FPGA and ARM processor development, digital signal processing, related hardware technology, test equipment and/or communication systems.

Skills & Experience

• Must hold tertiary engineering qualifications, ideally in Electronics, Hardware or Embedded
• Demonstrated experience in VHDL or Verilog
• Experience in FPGA, RFSoC or MPSoC
• Demonstrated electronic design and test experience
• be highly methodical and display the ability to solve complex and challenging engineering problems
• Prior experience with RF propagation and Electronic Warfare communication systems will be highly desirable
• Hold a current Defence security clearance (or ability to obtain for the right candidate)
