Your new role
As the fraud risk manager you will be responsible for assessing risk in change, and assessing fraud risk across the group on new bank initiatives and products.
Advise Product and Project teams on potential fraud risks/impacts
Identify impacts arising from broader business change initiatives. Coordinate necessary responses and consultation back to the business.
Lead the process and control review to isolate causes of loss, identify vulnerabilities and recommend feasible solutions to remediate identified weakness.
Liaise closely with the fraud analytics and reporting teams on the quantification of data points.
Skills & Experience
Risk in change background from a banking or consultancy.
Previous experience in fraud risk within banking would be advantageous but not essential.
Strong stakeholder management across all levels.
Commercial and analytical approach to fraud risk.
