FinXL is seeking a high-performing Full Stack Engineer to join our Professional Services team, specifically deployed onsite with one of our key partners.

This is a mission-critical domain where your code will directly impact how millions of customers interact, ensuring their loyalty is rewarded through seamless, secure, and modern payment experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build & Scale: Develop and maintain robust, scalable features for the Customer Loyalty platform using React and Next.js.
• Bridge the Backend: Architect and implement efficient server-side logic using both Nest.js and Java/Spring Boot.
• API Design: Leverage GraphQL to create flexible, efficient data queries that power high-performance user interfaces.
• Consultative Delivery: As a FinXL consultant, you'll be a standard-bearer for best practices, ensuring clean code, comprehensive testing, and technical excellence within the customer environment.
• Collaborate: Work closely with Product Owners, Designers, and other Engineers to translate complex payment and loyalty requirements into elegant technical solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience in Full Stack development.
• Strong proficiency in React and Next.js.
• Experience in TypeScript
• Solid experience with Node.js (Nest.js) and Java (Spring Boot).
• Proven experience with GraphQL and API design.
• Experience in CI/CD driven, Agile/Scrum
• Payments experience would be an advantage
