We are looking for Full Stack Senior Web Developer as part of a highly skilled team of consultants working in our Tier 1 Client in Melbourne CBD.
You will be assigned in to one of our clients many project portfolios encompassing digital initiatives and revolutionary payment systems. You will likely be exposed to many up to date technologies which you can built on to your current development skills sets and experience.
This role will be within our enterprise client’s IT Digital Services projects developing digital customer UI, business systems and applications.

 

Job Description

  • development and support experience with AEM (essential)
  • Have experience with front-end javascript, HTML / CSS, React, Angular JS, particularly responsive websites
  • Have experience with Java, Apache Sling, OSGI, APIs
  • Perform Unit Testing (JUnit, Mockito, Jasmine, Karma)
  • Develop a quality and maintainable code base which will be unit tested against acceptance criteria
  • Uplift the AEM platform code quality and capability
  • Select appropriate code libraries to be used in the project(s)
  • Identify and extract code assets that can be used by other projects
  • Create and maintain documentation on code and design decisions
  • Play a key role in Solution design and architecture decisions
  • Liaise with the business and testers on technical design decisions
  • Be required to lead and present strategic direction type conversations on the development and implementation of an AEM content strategy
  • Provide Ad hoc assistance with work on other platforms / technology, designing and providing technical specifications of solutions, diagnosing problems
  • Contribute to the various agile rituals (e.g. standup, card kick-offs, walkthroughs, and showcases)
  • Complete story development as per prioritised Jira backlog
  • Be mindful of non-functional considerations such as security, performance and accessibility
