Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, high-quality web applications using React.js
• Build and maintain backend APIs and microservices using Java/Spring Boot
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers to deliver business solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
• Troubleshoot and optimise application performance across frontend and backend systems

Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and modern frontend development
• Solid experience with Java and Spring Boot microservices
• Experience working with REST APIs and integration services
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Familiarity with Agile delivery environments
• Exposure to cloud and DevOps practices is advantageous

Tech Focus

• 70% Frontend: React.js, UI development, user experience, API integration
• 30% Backend: Java, Spring Boot, RESTful services, microservices

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS or cloud-native development
• CI/CD exposure (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Knowledge of containerisation tools such as Docker/Kubernetes
