Outstanding opportunity for an IT Change Analyst to play a crucial role on a large-scale Data Platform Optimisation Project

FinXL is a market-leading professional services organisation with more than 1000 consultants deployed on client sites across Australia and New Zealand.

At present, an outstanding opportunity exists for an IT Change Analyst to be responsible for management and delivery of change management strategies to support the successful delivery of the Data Platform Optimisation Project (DPOP) and other Digital Products with our blue-chip client.

Key accountabilities

  • Manage the change and adoption approach for DPOP
  • Create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage, and minimize resistance
  • Act as a coach for sponsors and key members of the project team in helping them fulfil the role of change sponsor and change advocate
  • Communicate with key stakeholders throughout the business and build the necessary relationships to allow a collaborative and informative platform to exchange information and educate users
  • Plan, develop, execute, and monitor detailed change management plans and activities including dependent activities (e.g., communications, training, stakeholder management, change impact assessments, business readiness planning, and change reinforcement)
  • Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications
    • Identify learning needs and inform the training approach and schedule
  • Support the DPOP team in integrating change management and training activities into their project plans and timelines
  • Work with the IT Change and Training Manager, to align to existing change & training methodologies and framework
  • Perform all duties in accordance with client policies, processes, systems, and procedures

Qualifications

Essential

Relevant Change Management certification (Prosci or similar)

Typical

Background (non-technical) experience in data migration projects would be advantageous

Experience

Essential

  • At least 5 years' experience in change management
  • Demonstrated ability to execute change strategies, tools and engagements
  • Experience implementing change management strategies for technical / Data related projects
  • Demonstrated stakeholder engagement experience
  • Learning Needs Analysis & training program experience
  • Knowledge of current learning and development methods and practices
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • A self-motivated approach and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
