The role

Our Federal Government client is seeking a high performing individual to fulfil a role as an IT Procurement & Admin Support Officer.. The candidate will work under the direction of the Assistant Director in a small team providing service support to staff and executive officers.

The requirements

• Knowledge of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013, and the Commonwealth Procurement Rules.
• Experience drafting procurement minutes and work order /contracts.
• Experience reconciling and processing invoices for payment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer focus service skills.
• Ability to assess and act on requests; and problem solve issues to resolution
• Ability to work in a fast pace and dynamic team.

Desirable experience:

• Experience in the use of Technology One Experience utilising the DTA digital marketplace and other ICT panel arrangements
