Skills and experience:

* 1-2 years' IT experience max (not a senior role)
* ITIL Foundations
* Java experience
* ServiceNow experience desirable
* Relevant Service Desk or Help Desk background an advantage
* IT Degree or relevant education
* Australian Citizenship required
