The Role
Our client has a requirement for ITSM Specialists to guide and deliver the Service Management and business processes required to ensure the quality of services delivered to our customer, using frameworks such as ITIL and SIAM.


You will be:
You will be responsible for:

  • Design and produce Service Management process and procedural documentation, including process re-development to enable process integration in a complex multi-vendor environment;
  • Review and analyse existing Service Management processes to identify optimisation opportunities that will deliver operational efficiency and drive service quality;
  • Effective engagement of stakeholders to identify, refine and capture business requirements using various techniques including but not limited to interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis;
  • Evaluate proposed system configuration rules in close liaison with system engineers , to ensure the impacts and considerations of technical decisions on supporting processes are understood and agreed;
  • Provide leadership and guidance within the Project team to ensure the effective design and delivery of IT Service Management processes which meet business requirements



  • 5+ years in IT Operations and/or applications environment;
  • Strong practical ITIL/ITSM skill set with operational experience with most / all of the service strategy, design, transition, operation and continual service improvement processes;
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills (written and oral);
  • Demonstrated ability to perform within a large, complex outsourced environment;
  • Current NV1 Security Clearance
  • Team player; able to work collaboratively with others and work independently, flexible and adaptable and able to
  • Flexible and able to handle frequent change;
  • Process and outcome driven with a commitment to and demonstrated knowledge of processes and tools which will enable continuous improvement.
