We have an outstanding opportunity for 2 Lead Business Analyst with a strong background in consulting and business facing engagements as well as telecommunications and infrastructure experience to join this leading organisation and work across a large transformation program of work.
To be successful in this role you will have the following:
- High profile program of work, business facing
- Must have previous transformation project experience
- Must be able to guide the business journey
- Strong stakeholder management experience, consulting experience preferred
- Strong Business Analyst background - ability to understand the business context of solutions implemented, can elicit requirements, analyse, and document business processes and their links with systems
- Experience in an Agile Environment to define epics and user stories and process mapping
- Background in infrastructure, Physical Network inventory and telco domains
- Must be able to bridge Business and System Requirements
- Experience in business separation projects and decoupling
- Start up environment experience highly regarded
- User Journey Maps, User Stories & Acceptance Criteria experience
- Strong with Jira and confluence
- Strong Problem-solving skills - behaviours include observe, learn and act versus act, observe and learn
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills - presents, influences and communicates effectively to executive business stakeholders
- Demonstrates an ability to plan and map detailed activities as part of an overall complex Programme
