FinXL is seeking multiple highly skilled Lead Data Analysts for a 12-month contract in Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Sydney. This role is a hybrid position with work locations available across QLD, ACT, VIC, NSW, and SA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team, including monitoring performance, workflow, and professional development.
• Analyse complex datasets to solve organisational issues and identify trends.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.
• Develop data policies, standards, and standard methodologies for ICT and business projects.
• Advise on application design reviews and performance testing.
• Prepare technical and corporate documentation

Essential Skills & Experience

• Business Intelligence: Sourcing data and creating standard reports for stakeholders.
• Data Management: Implementing master data management processes and ensuring data integrity.
• Data Modelling & Design: Investigating complex enterprise data requirements and selecting appropriate modelling techniques.
• Data Visualisation: Designing and automating high-quality data visuals.
• Database Design: Developing physical database or data warehouse components.
• Programming/Software Development: Designing, coding, and testing moderately complex programs or scripts
