The Role:

FinXL is hiring Level 1 Help Desk in Sydney, for a 2-3 month contract (possibility of extension). You will be working on Service requests - account changes, service changes, etc. and Support – Working on any issues a customer may have with their telecommunications products and helping them fix it.


This is a shift work roster from 7am-3pm and 11am-7pm.


To be considered for this position, you must have/know:

  • Previous call centre experience
  • Previous experience on mobile and fixed line, internet, and voice
  • ITIL
  • Customer Service is your number one priority, you always go above and beyond
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • ServiceNow would be advantageous
