FinXL is hiring Level 1 Help Desk in Sydney, for a 2-3 contract (possibility of extension). You will be working on Service requests - account changes, service changes, etc. and Support – Working on any issues a customer may have with their Optus products and helping them fix it.
This is a shift work roster from 7am-3pm and 11am-7pm.
Previous call centre experience
Previous experience on mobile and fixed line, internet, and voice
Customer Service is your number one priority, you always go above and beyond
Excellent communication skills
ServiceNow would be advantageous
