We are looking for several Master Schedulers part of a highly skilled team of consultants working in our Tier 1 Client in Melbourne CBD.

You will be assigned in to one of our clients many project portfolios encompassing digital initiatives and revolutionary payment systems. You will likely be exposed to many up to date technologies which you can built on to your current development skills sets and experience.

This role will be within our enterprise client’s IT Digital Services projects developing digital customer UI, business systems and applications.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Event management oversight: Create and maintain an integrated Master Schedule that meet the expectations of all stakeholders.
  • Business assurance: Ensure all work undertaken is discoverable by internal and external parties. Collaborate with the Team to identify / mitigate delivery risks.
  • Practice development: Investigate, develop and continually assist in enhancing the event (and schedule) management approach of our team, including standards and tools. Document the process of updating the event schedule in a schedule management plan Work with other professionals to socialise your insights and collaborate to deliver a high-quality solution.

Must have skills and experience:

  • Practical understanding of project delivery lifecycles, methodologies and governance practices.
  • Proven success and subject matter expertise using MS Project to manage an integrated Master Schedule and ability to produce insightful management reports.
  • Extremely proficient in MS Project and MS Office; at least 5-10 years’ experience using MS Project and MS Excel.
