The role

Seeking an Operational Change Management SME to leadership team in designing a comprehensive Change Management and Communication plan, processes and linkages.

To lead a multi-disciplinary team to assess change impacts, develop risk mitigation and change management plans, communicate change processes and support the division to implement the change.

  • Understand the change ambition within the department's division, identify gaps and challenges.
  • Lead Organisational Change and Communication including event sequencing to modernise

the division's operating model and workforce.

  • Develop and Implement a comprehensive Organisational Change Management roadmap with timeline of events to support implementation of identified initiatives.
  • Identify and analyse complex business challenges and develop a strategic approach to address those challenges.
  • Provide expert advice on the development of impact assessments and change management
  • Plans that align with the agency's change management approach.

The requirements

  • Proven experience in supporting senior executive with implementing / modernising a divisional operating model and taking staff on this journey.
  • Proven recent experience in implementing a new divisional operating model and Organisational Change Management engagements in a similar sized organisation.
  • Proven experience in developing comprehensive Organisational Change Management artefacts.
  • Proven experience in leading organisational change initiatives in similar scale organisation.
